Choose your weapon wisely. Lifting heavy weights or just doing exercises just because they are cool will not help you to prevent injuries, stay mobile and focus on longevity.
We have to choose exercise which simulates movements what we use daily. That’s why it’s called functional.
Meaning utilizing upper and lower extremities, traveling on different planes( directions) with variety of speed will also on work on motor skills like :
agility, balance, coordination, speed, power, reaction time.
