Therefore, we reached out to the UCLA Exercise Physiology Research Laboratory to get scientific data to demonstrate exactly how many calories you burn while riding Summerboard.

The results were incredible – Summerboard riders actually burn more calories per minute than jogging, calisthenics and even stationary biking!
