Functional fitness is your ability to perform the activities of everyday life with the least amount of effort or strain.
Our bodies are not designed to move in isolation. While a lunge or a squat are functional moves, done in isolation they do not work all the muscles and joints together.
Integrated functional movement focuses on movement for purpose – essentially combining functional movements into a series of smooth motions that force your body to work everything at once.
