Welcome to Week 1 of our 4 week celebration of fitness, community, and fun! Each week on a specified day, you and a partner will team up (doesn’t have to be the same partner every week) to cheer each other on through workouts that will all have slightly different focus and incorporate slightely different movements/equipment.
This week’s workout, brought to you by Brent and Liz, is as follows:
30min AMRAP (as many rounds and reps as possible in 30 mins)
You go/I go format (only one partner works at a time)
Points awarded for every meter and MB movement
50 MB slams
50 MB plie squats
50 MB GTS (ground-to-shoulder)
50 MB 10′ chest passes to your partner
This workout gets the ball rolling (pun intended!) and we can’t wait to hear about everyone’s accomplishments.
