SO MANY of you have been asking for tips on running – whilst I’m still pretty early on in my running journey I’ve had basically much every running ailment ever (mainly IT band syndrome) but (touch wood) haven’t had any issues since paying more attention to when and how I do my workouts (and taking lots of time off)!
