Do you know RLS?

RLS (Restless Legs Syndrome) is a debilitating disorder that causes aching, tingling or crawling legs making sleep hard or impossible.

Its causes are not yet known but it surely is linked to dopamine levels, low iron levels, alcohol, smoke, coffee, magnesium deficiency and it can also get worse during pregnancy.

Unfortunately, at 2018 its causes are unknown and the only therapy is a symptomatic one so we decided to build an app to log every activity, food, drug, mental and physical status and symptoms too, visually representing on charts possible relations.

For example, some people drink a famous tonic drink that includes quinine once used to cure RLS; others find peanuts extremely triggering and must avoid them, especially at noon; some say running is helpful while others prefer not to tire legs preferring calisthenics or freeweights.

RLS App will let you log every action every food you eat, every drug you take and every symptom you have and will relate worst attacks with actions, drugs, food etc showing simple charts.

RLS App will also help you to get in touch with people with the same problem and to stay tuned with the latest news and if you want you can anonymously share your personal data in order to build a global dataset helping to find a permanent solution to Restless Legs Syndrome.
