50% Pilates & 50% Barre. During the barre portion, the instructor is not visible most of the time. You can still get a good idea of the moves from seeing participants in the class. Pilates is a total body workout with emphasis on the core. Props used include: long band, short band, magic circle, light dumbbells, fitness ball and gliders. A towel can be used instead of a glider. All the props are optional. Warning:This video depicts exercises, which depending on your physical condition, may be hazardous to your health.
