Tissues mold to the position we are in the most. If we are sitting, we get stuck in that sitting posture. If we don’t counteract the sitting posture, it gets worse over time. If we workout in a linear fashion without experiencing the full ranges of what the joints are supposed to do, issues happen over time.
Movement Unwound is a series of movement concepts and principles, it’s a non-bracing, non-tensing, and full exploration approach on how to unwind the body out of tension by learning how to breathe, de-stress, move each joint one at a time, then progress to putting it all together and learning movement and mobility flows that help drop the body from Sympathetic to a more Parasympathetic State.
By learning the basic to advanced concepts of breathing, Qi-Gong, Joint by joint movement mechanics, then tieing it altogether if full-body non-tensing sequences that you can apply to everyday life.
