Jase got injured on July 4th, 2019 and underwent surgery and the subsequent recovery.
This is his first day back to training in about 2 months.
Despite being on crutches and not bearing weight on his left leg yet, he still is committing to his physical practice!
Here you see him doing push-ups (the most he’s done in 2 months) on the Glute-Ham Developer.
He’s working on the simple horizontal push/pull movement with his upper body and keeping pressure off his recovering leg.
