This workout focuses on core strength, core engagement and breathing. We start with exercises targeting your core, and build into full-body exercises, all the while maintaining slow, controlled breathing. Postures have a longer duration time, so if you have to take a break, don’t worry! The goal is to help you build endurance and strength while working through these exercises requiring complete focus. You’ll need a block or two for this routine.
