A recording of the weekly “Zoom” _Emotional Fitness Class_ held on 5 September, 2019. An Emotional Fitness Class is a guided session where, using Shape of Emotion, a group is able to down-regulate (release) one negative emotion and up-regulate (expand) one positive or supportive emotion. There’s no talking. No sharing. Just the experience of releasing and letting go whatever negative emotion is bothering you at the time.
