In this 30 Min Hardcore Dumbbell + Bodyweight HIIT Workout we will have 10x dynamic dumbbell movements and 10x bodyweight movements mixed in 4x bundles 2x rounds in a row. We will be performing each movement for 35 seconds and there will be a 15 second rest between the movements and a 30 second rest after each bundle. Make sure that you are challenging yourself!

In this Workout I am using a pair of 10KG dumbbells and a pair of 5KG dumbbells

You can Simply increase the intensity of this workout by using heavier dumbbells and/or increasing the volume of the workout by doing this routine for 2x rounds in a row.
