This workout includes both Pilates and fitness exercises with emphasis on lower body, with quick and intense cardio intervals. The use of the ring is for some side legs Pilates exercises, if you don’t have the ring, you can perform the exercises without it. For this workout the cardio intervals include: 1st set of jump squats X 3; 2nd set of alternating jumps into jogging X 2. The level of the class is general with some intermediate exercises. Be sure to rest, reduce the reps or skip the cardio intervals if you need to, and build your stamina step by step. Repeat this video twice in a row or 2-3 times more during the week.
