This workout includes both Pilates and fitness exercises focused on core, with quick and intense cardio intervals. For this workout the cardio intervals include: 1st set of jumps forward and backward in plank and jogging on the spot X 3 times; 2nd set of alternating sumo jumps and mountain climber X 3 times. The level of the class is general but not all the exercises are for all people. Be sure to rest, reduce the reps or skip the cardio intervals if you need to, and build your stamina step by step. Repeat this video twice in a row or 2-3 times more during the week.
