☕️Coffee Talk at the TC with Brent and Liz, Episode 28☕️

Welcome to Coffee Talk with Brent and Liz where we strive (more times than not) to meld education with entertainment and bring you info on topics YOU are interested in related to health and wellness. In today’s episode we talk about everything having to do with ROLL OUT week, including:

1) the TC Challenge, a fitness-based celebration of our community!

2) the NEW and IMPROVED MoveAbility program Brent will be leading to help with joint health. If you missed out on his last public seminar, be sure to come MONDAY, SEPT 9th at 6:30pm in the large room at the TC.

3) the new TEEN TRAINING program, which is a bootcamp-style program designed by our amazing duo of Mary and Kate. Both of them have TONS of experience coaching teens and can’t wait to add a new dimension of expertise to the TC, and

4) Fit Over 50 will now be have a 9:30am session 6 DAYS-A-WEEK! The long awaited time slot is finally here and Mary will be coaching the new Tuesday/Thursday sessions.
